BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES Behavioral Science is the science of the study of human behavior at the level of their own self, other individuals, family and community members, and the resulting reaction on the dental health.
Basic behavioral and social sciences research promotes health by predicting, preventing, and controlling illness, and by minimizing the impact of disease. A range of empirical investigations convincingly show that social and behavioral factors interact robustly with essentially every aspect of health and illness.
A sustainable society must be based on scientific knowledge of human behaviour and learning. The research environments at the Department of Behavioural Sciences and Learning generate knowledge in key fields of social science including work and working life, mental health.
